When search engines crawl the content of your page, one of the most important things they look at is the title of your page. NB: this is NOT necessarily the label you have given the page in Pages Manager - the one that shows in your navigation. You must set the page title meta tag specifically - it can have a significant impact on your search engine listings.
Tips on setting your page title
Picture a person who is about to look for something on Google, for which your page is relevant. Ideally your page title should contain the words that this person might enter. BUT, it should read like a title that would make sense to a human and not just a list of words. Google's bots are pretty clever and penalise people trying to cheat.
Other SEO settings
You should also make sure you set your page description meta tags for each and every page.
