About this video

This video assumes you are already logged into the Sketchanet editor. If you don't know how to do this, you can find out how here

The process for adding a map is straight forward but does require grabbing a snippet of code from the Google Maps website.  To do this navigate to Google Maps in another browser tab where a search bar will appear in the top left corner of the page.  Insert the address you'd like to generate a map from here.  A new dialogue box will appear with the option to "share".  Click the share button and another box will load with two options - "share link" and "embed map". Click the "embed map" tab, experiment with the settings available to get the map looking how you'd like, then copy the iframe code that is generated.

Return to the editor and click into a cell and place the cursor where you want the map to appear.  Then click on the insert map icon  Image. A dialogue box will then prompt you to paste the code snippet from google maps.

You might want to adjust the height of the map to more of a letter box format. If you want the map to be anything other than the full width of the cell, you can also specify the width.

Other styling options, such as border, shadow, and margin are available to apply in just the same way as you can for images.
